Abstract
Low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma (LG-ESS) is a rare tumor that mostly occurs in perimenopausal women. Treatment with total hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy is recommended, although fertility preservation or ovarian preservation may be considered in younger patients.
