Abstract
Ocular metastatic lesions from head to neck region are rare. 55 years old male patient presented with loss of vision, pain, and proptosis of the left eye. The patient was known case of laryngeal squamous carcinoma underwent laryngectomy 1 and half years back followed by chemoradiation.
