Abstract
To investigate the incidence, distribution, and spread pattern of retropharyngeal lymph node (RLN) involvement in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) by using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).The MR images of 275 patients with newly diagnosed NPC were reviewed retrospectively.
