Abstract
This study examines the impact of franchisor support, brand commitment, brand citizenship behavior, and franchisee experience on franchisee-perceived brand image (FPBI). The hypotheses were tested using survey data from retail franchisees in Australia, structural equation modeling, and bootstrapping regression methods.
