Abstract
Eyes from 230 patients with autopsy-proven carcinomas originating from various primary sites were subjected to postmortem examination. In 28 cases (12%), metastatic foci were demonstrated histologically. Over one third of the 52 patients with breast carcinoma were found to have ocular metastases.
