Abstract
Small molecules that interact with the colchicine binding site in tubulin have demonstrated therapeutic efficacy in treating cancers. We report the design, syntheses, and antitumor efficacies of new analogues of pyridopyrimidine and hydroquinoxalinone compounds with improved drug-like characteristics.
