In response to the first question,1 we stated “without local recurrence (LR) after stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT)” in the section dealing with patient eligibility.2 On consideration, we agree that this description might indeed cause some misunderstanding; our intention was to say “without repeated SBRT for local recurrence after initial SBRT.” A second SBRT for recurrent tumor after SBRT was not done.
