Abstract
Nano-graphene oxide (nGO), an effective drug nanocarrier, is used for simultaneous photothermal therapy (PTT) and near-infrared fluorescence imaging. Dacarbazine (DTIC) is used in the treatment of melanoma with limited clinical efficacy. PTT shows promise in the treatment of skin cancer.
