Abstract
Obesity in deceased kidney donors is a known risk factor for poor allograft outcomes. The Kidney Donor Profile Index (KDPI) has been introduced to predict graft survival in deceased donor kidney transplantation (DDKT). Obesity, however, is not included in KDPI.
