In this work, we report a method to quantify methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben and butylparaben in urban waters of São Carlos (São Paulo State, Brazil) by online solid phase extraction-liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (SPE-LC-MS/MS) system.
