Abstract
Purpose/Aim of the study Retinoblastoma (Rb) is a rare form of pediatric cancer that develops from retina cells. Bilateral and some unilateral forms of Rb are associated with heterozygous germline mutations of the (retinoblastoma 1) RB1 gene.
