Abstract
A 67-year-old severe obese woman was admitted to our emergency room for upper right quadrant pain associated with fever (39.5°C). Biochemical evaluation showed 32 109/L WBC. Renal function was impaired. A significant increase of the cholestasis and cytolysis enzymes was also observed.
