Abstract
A 67-year-old woman received combined nivolumab and ipilimumab for metastatic melanoma. After 2 months of treatment, she developed fever, chills, and diarrhea. Although bacteriuria improved with antibiotics, fever continued. Her serum creatinine increased from 0.63 to 4.24 mg/dl over 9 days. Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies were negative.
