Valorization of Expired Passion Fruit Shell by Hydrothermal Conversion into Carbon Quantum Dot: Physical and Optical Properties

Expired fruits have always been treated as garbage. In this paper, expired passion fruit shells are processed into carbon quantum dots (CQDs) by hydrothermal synthesis method.
