Abstract
638 Background: HA is a major component of the tumor microenvironment (TME) in PDA. PEGPH20 degrades tumor HA, remodeling the TME. In PDA models, PEGPH20 has shown antitumor activity and increased TME delivery of anticancer agents to improve efficacy.
