Abstract
The NICHD Fetal Growth Study quantifies mean weekly singleton fetal weight gain after 30 weeks gestation at 200g. We sought to determine the comparable growth velocity pattern in monochorionic and dichorionic twins. Viable twin pregnancies without congenital anomalies or twin-twin transfusion syndrome were analyzed.
