Abstract
A 70-year-old man with insulinoma-associated antigen-2 autoantibodies developed diabetes mellitus (DM) without ketoacidosis after starting nivolumab to treat advanced gastric cancer. He subsequently exhibited preserved insulin-secretion capacity for over one year.
