Abstract
In this work, a multifunctional food packaging composite coating with transparent, biodegradable, antifogging and antibacterial properties was designed and fabricated by quaternary ammonium salt modified chitosan (HACC) and poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) via a facile and environment-friendly solution casting method.
