Abstract
Introduction: Following publication of NICE guidance (2008), the radical radiotherapy protocol for non-metastatic prostate cancer at St James's Institute of Oncology, Leeds was changed to 76 Gy in 37 fractions. A single phase field in field IMRT technique (four beam arrangement) is used. The 95% isodose encompasses the GTV (prostate±SV).
