Avanafil, a Potent and Highly Selective Phosphodiesterase-5 Inhibitor for Erectile Dysfunction

We investigated the in vitro inhibitory effects of avanafil, a novel, potent inhibitor of phosphodiesterase-5, on 11 phosphodiesterases.
