In vitro and in vivo evaluation of anisomycin against Ehrlich ascites carcinoma

Anisomycin eminently inhibits cell proliferation in vitro. The aim of this study was to explore the potential of anisomycin to treat tumors in vivo and its mechanism(s) of action.
