To determine the accuracy of ultrasound scan in estimating fetal weight in a small for gestational age fetus(SGA) ⩽ 3rd centile. A retrospective analysis of all term pregnancies among the Bangladeshi women with birth weight ⩽ 3rd centile at The Royal London Hospital for one year.
