Abstract
Previous published clinical observations claim that Gastrografin, a hyperosmolar gastrointestinal water-soluble contrast agent, speeds the resolution of postoperative ileus, barium impaction ileus, adhesive small-bowel obstruction, and intestinal obstruction caused by parasites and bezoars.
