We reported a patient with autoimmunity (multiple sclerosis), immunodeficiency (hypogammaglobulinemia with severe infections), enteropathy (diarrhea with intestinal inflammation), splenomegaly, lymphadenopathy and lymphocytic infiltration of non-lymphoid organs (lung, gut and brain).
