Abstract
Definitions for chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD) phenotypes were recently revised (2019 ISHLT consensus). Post-CLAD onset phenotype transition may occur as a result of change in obstruction, restriction, or RAS-like opacities (RLO).
