Use of acid-suppressive drugs and risk of fracture in children and young adults: a meta-analysis of observational studies

Acid-suppressive drugs (ASDs) are being used by increasing number of children and young adults. However, evidence for a relationship between ASD use and the risk of fracture in these groups of patients is conflicting.
