A new strain of bacterial cellulose (BC)-producing Gluconobacter cerinus HDX-1 was isolated and identified, and a simple, low-cost complexation method was used to biosynthesis Lactobacillus paracasei 1∙7 bacteriocin BC (BC-B) nanofiber.
