In this work, we report on a regenerable and robust adsorptive membrane with superb dynamic adsorption capacity towards dyes prepared by a controllable mussel-inspired co-deposition of dopamine (DA) and polyethyleneimine (PEI) on a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) microfiltration membrane.
