The intellectual structure of corporate social responsibility research in tourism and hospitality: A citation/co-citation analysis

This study attempted to analyze the evolution of key documents about corporate social responsibility (CSR). A total of 172 CSR articles in the tourism and hospitality field published between 2006 and 2019 were derived from the Scopus database. A bibliometric mapping method was adopted to visualize the results using the VOSviewer software.
