Abstract
Immune-mediated thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (iTTP) is a rare, life-threatening disorder of systemic microthrombosis and organ ischemia. The etiology of chronic cerebrovascular outcomes in iTTP survivors is largely unknown.
