TERT Copy Number Alterations, Promoter Mutations and Rearrangements in Adrenocortical Carcinomas

Molecular characterization of adrenocortical carcinomas (ACC) by The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) has highlighted a high prevalence of TERT alterations, which are associated with disease progression.
