Abstract
Cisplatin is used to treat solid malignancies including head and neck cancer. However, nephrotoxicity limits its use. In this study, we looked for a possible protective effect of pantoprazole against cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity. We used novel biomarkers for early detection of nephrotoxicity.
