Synthesis and characterization of Ho-doped SmFeO3 nanofibers with enhanced glycol sensing properties
Abstract
A facile electrospinning route was exploited to prepare Sm1-xHoxFeO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.07) nanofibers with orthorhombic perovskite phase. The XRD refinement technique was employed to obtain the lattice parameters of all samples. The characterization results show that the Ho partial substitution on A site ions of SmFeO3 leads to the decrease of crystallite size and increase of porosity, which is beneficial to enhance gas sensing properties of sensors....
