Abstract
An adolescent girl presented with groin pain without any history of trauma. Imaging showed a tension-sided stress fracture of the femoral neck. Vitamin D deficiency (VDD), and raised alkaline phosphatase and parathyroid hormone levels were found. Pain relief was not achieved with nonoperative treatment.
