Abstract
A 75-year-old woman presented with a 6-month history of bloody stool. She had no documented medical history and showed no signs of gastrointestinal disease. Laboratory tests and abdominal computed tomography were unremarkable. Double-balloon enteroscopy was performed after an initial negative esophagogastroduodenoscopy and colonoscopy.
