Abstract
Here, we present the case of an adolescent with a rare metastatic Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) harboring a TFG-ROS1 fusion initially detected on tumor progression and retrospectively identified in the primary tumor after targeted RNA sequencing.
