Abstract
In phase II LEO study, everolimus (EVE) plus letrozole (LET) with ovarian suppression resulted in longer progression-free survival (PFS) in tamoxifen-exposed premenopausal women with hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer with visceral metastases.
