Abstract
Corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF) and the urocortins (Ucn1, Ucn2 and Ucn3) are structurally related neuropeptides which act via two distinct CRF receptors, CRF1 and CRF2, with putatively antagonistic effects in the brain.
