Abstract
Herein, we report a novel type of NPs by loading paeonol (Pae) into PLGA NPs, to enhance drug stability and oral bioavailability. The paeonol (Pae)-loaded polylactic-co-Gly-colic acid (PLGA) nanoparticles (Pae-PLGA-NPs) were prepared by nanoprecipitation method.
