Abstract
A 65-year-old man with a metastatic mid-gut neuroendocrine tumour warranting extensive small-bowel resection presented with life-threatening mid-gut bleeding. A CT enterography (CTE) demonstrated jejunal anastomotic varices, with superior mesenteric vein thrombosis.
