Abstract
The subtype of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cancer (PDAC) with DNA damage repair (DDR) deficiency from BRCA1/2 variants has a favorable prognosis and is sensitive to platinum analogues and poly-(adenosine diphosphate-ripose) polymerase (PARP) inhibition with olaparib.
