Pentacyclic triterpenes with nitric oxide inhibitory activity from Potentilla chinensis
Abstract
Three new ursane-type triterpenes (1–3) and twenty-one known triterpenoids (4–24) were isolated from the methanolic extract of the whole plants of Potentilla chinensis. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis of 1D and 2D NMR (HSQC, HMBC, COSY and ROESY) and HRESIMS data.
