Abstract
Three natural deep eutectic solvents (NADES; choline chloride (CC): lactic acid (LA), CC: oxalic acid (OA), CC: urea (U)) in the ratio 1:2 were tested as a pretreatment of apple pomace prior to hot water extraction of pectin.
