An unusual case of severe hypercalcemia: as dehydrated as a bone

Objective: Severe hypercalcemia is a medical emergency. Hyperparathyroidism, malignancy, vitamin D toxicity, infections such as tuberculosis, or systemic illness such as sarcoidosis are all possible etiologies.
