Abstract
A 65-year-old woman with 3-year history of progressive dysphagia and chest pain presented to our outpatient department. She had no previous history of any significant cardiovascular or gastrointestinal problems. She also denied allergies or psychiatric problems. Here vital signs were normal. There was no swelling of the face and neck, or erythema of the overlying skin. An initial electrocardiogram and chest radiograph were unremarkable....
