Abstract
We herein report a rare case of intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm with a pancreatogastric fistula in an elderly Japanese man admitted to our hospital. The pancreatogastric fistula was confirmed using endoscopic retrograde pancreatography via a cannulated guidewire placed in the stomach.
