Abstract
We herein report a case of a 20-year-old man with aortic regurgitation (AR), coarctation of the aorta (CoA), and patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). The preoperative ankle–brachial pressure index was 0.56 in bilateral extremities. Enhanced computed tomography revealed CoA-postductal type.
