Abstract
Platelets are a major source of microRNAs (miRNAs) in blood. Relationships between circulating platelet-derived miRNAs were investigated to elucidate their significance as biomarkers. Total miRNAs in serum were analyzed using the 3D-Gene miRNA Oligo chip.
