In this study, novel poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) (PHB) based Calcium–Iron Layered Double Hydroxide (Ca–Fe LDH) nanocomposites were investigated for sustained drug delivery application using the antibiotic norflaxacin (NFX) as a model drug.
