2087-P: Functional Genomics of Human Islet Gluco/Lipotoxicity and Type 2 Diabetes

Gluco- and lipotoxicity impair β cell function and survival, potentially contributing to type 2 diabetes onset and progression. Here we profiled transcriptomes of human islets in gluco/lipotoxic and type 2 diabetes conditions.
